Netflix will begin streaming the new original drama series Midnight Diner from Friday October 21. The drama series with 10 episodes will also premiere simultaneously to 190 countries worldwide.

Midnight Diner is based on the comic book Midnight Diner by Yaro Abe (currently serialized in Shogakukan Big Comic Original), and the bestselling manga series has sold approximately 3 million cumulative copies in Japan. The first season of the TV series started airing in October 2009 and won a Galaxy Award. In October 2011 the second season began airing and the third season in October 2012.
